Murat Omur is a Managing Director, Healthcare Investment Banking and Principal Healthcare SPACs at Chardan. He has 16 years of investment banking experience in Healthcare and M&A. At Chardan, his focus is on helping public and private healthcare companies with financing, M&A strategies, and execution. Prior to joining Chardan in 2019, Mr. Omur was an Executive Director in Healthcare Investment Banking at Nomura Securities. Prior to Nomura, he was a Director at Perella Weinberg Partners, focusing on Healthcare M&A. Before joining Perella Weinberg, Mr. Omur worked in the M&A group of Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Omur holds a BA from Boğaziçi University, an MA from Johns Hopkins University, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
