Yingjie Weng is a Managing Director of SPAC Investment Banking at Chardan. She joined Chardan in 2011 and has originated and executed over $5 billion worth of transactions in her career including IPOs, M&As and public and private capital raises. Ms. Weng has extensive experience in cross-border SPAC mergers and provided in-depth deal structuring and financing solutions for emerging growth companies in Asia and Europe.

Ms. Weng holds a Bachelor's Degree in Financial Mathematics and Economics from University of Michigan Ann Arbor. She is bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese.
