Ron Glickman is Managing Director, Head of Business Development at Chardan. He has focused on biotech and healthcare for the past 25 years, developing very close relationships with both growing companies and healthcare specialty investors and hedge funds. Mr. Glickman previously worked in senior positions at Alex Brown & Sons, Cowen and Co., Wachovia and Early Bird Capital prior to joining Chardan in 2009. At Chardan he has been very active in both public and private market transactions that include early round financings as well as crossovers, IPOs, secondary offerings, and SPACs. In addition, Mr. Glickman serves on the board of directors of Terran Bioscience.

Mr. Glickman received his BS in Economics from the Wharton School of Business and a BA in political science concurrently at University of Pennsylvania.
