Matt Mrozinski

Matt Mrozinski is Partner and Head of Strategic Advisory at Chardan where he works with public and private emerging growth companies on alternative pathways to the public markets including reverse mergers, SPACS, and direct listings as well as traditional IPOs.  

Since joining Chardan in 2015, he has executed complex transactions including private raises, PIPEs, private placements, registered directs, IPOs, reverse mergers, SPACs, and convertible debt and equity totaling over $30 billion in transaction value.

Prior to joining Chardan, Mr. Mrozinski was a Managing Director and Head of Citibank’s Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging Investment Banking Group for Asia (excluding Japan) based in Hong Kong from 2010 to 2014. From 2006 until 2010, Mr. Mrozinski was a Managing Director and Head of Deutsche Bank Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging Investment Banking group for Asia (excluding Japan) based in Hong Kong. From 2003 to 2006 Mr. Mrozinski was a Vice President of acquisitions and capital formation for Colony Capital based in Hong Kong. From 2000 until 2003, he was an associate in the mergers and acquisitions group at JPMorgan in New York and Hong Kong.

Mr. Mrozinski earned a BS in Accounting from Rutgers University.
