Lindsey Levin

Lindsey Levin joins Chardan as Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing more than 15 years of experience helping organizations build, foster and support strong teams and high-performing cultures. Over the course of her career, she has worked across talent acquisition, business partnership, organizational design, and the employee experience.

Before joining Chardan, Lindsey was Director of Human Capital at Corient, one of the largest integrated RIA's in the US. In this role she shaped talent strategy, development programs, onboarding, and engagement efforts. She previously spent more than ten years at Geller, a premier ultra high net worth advisory firm, where she held leadership roles in both human capital and talent acquisition in a high-touch environment. Earlier in her career, Lindsey held recruiting positions at Ernst & Young and Goldman Sachs.

Lindsey earned her B.A. in Communication from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and also studied in Florence, Italy. She currently lives in Brooklyn with her husband and two exhausting but loveable kids. Outside of work, she is an aspiring sneakerhead, foodie and loyal/consistently disappointed Cincinnati Bengals fan.
