John Donohoe is Chief Financial Officer at Chardan. Before joining Chardan, he was Acting Treasurer and Head of Debt Capital Markets for Lendlease Americas Inc. During his tenure John raised more than $4.0B in project and balance sheet related financings for Lendlease’s multi-line development platform.  Prior to Lendlease, John held senior finance roles in public and private growth businesses across insurance, asset management, and real estate, including Apollo Global and Financial Guaranty Insurance Company. His transactional experience, including his banking and GE Capital experience, spans debt and equity capital raising, structured and project finance, mergers & acquisitions, real estate finance, and corporate restructurings.

John graduated with a BBA in finance from the University of Notre Dame, and received an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York.
