Elliot Gnedy

Elliot Gnedy is a Director of Investment Banking at Chardan. Over his 20 years of experience in energy finance he has raised over $2b in project and corporate capital both in private and public markets. He has led numerous innovative financings for disruptive technologies and has received industry accolades for creative investment structures. His expertise includes IPOs, deSPACs, strategic private investments, corporate finance, project and corporate M&A, sale leaseback, partnership flip, and debt financing. Prior to joining Chardan in 2019, Mr. Gnedy was Vice President of Commercial Finance at FuelCell Energy Inc., a leading manufacturer and operator of power generation facilities listed on the NASDAQ. Prior to joining FuelCell Energy Inc., Mr. Gnedy was with Global Capital Finance LLC, working on both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions for developers, financial institutions, and infrastructure funds. He has also held roles at Ernst and Young’s Financial Service Office in New York, and at the Investor’s Bank and Trust Company.

Mr. Gnedy earned a B.S. from Lehigh University and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU.
