Bill Papanastasiou

Bill Papanastasiou will publish institutional-focused research on leading digital asset companies, as well as other adjacent markets that intersect with high-performance computing and traditional finance. Bill brings more than a decade of experience in the financial services industry. Most recently, he served as a Director at Stifel/KBW, where he led the firm’s digital assets equity research franchise for over three years, covering some of the largest crypto-native companies across Bitcoin mining, AI/HPC infrastructure, exchanges, digital assets treasuries, and market-infrastructure verticals.

Bill has been deeply involved in the digital asset ecosystem since 2016, including the operation of his own Bitcoin mining venture. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA, CPA) and holds a BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University.
