On March 8, 2023, Chardan hosted a KOL Call on Phenylketonuria (PKU), an inherited metabolic disorder caused by a deficiency of the enzyme phenylalanine hydroxylase (PAH). This call featured an overview of PKU and discussion of new PKU therapeutics currently in clinical development.
