Please join Chardan on May 22nd at the Le Méridien, San Francisco for the 2nd Annual Digital Health Conference hosted by Steve Wardell. The conference will feature more than 20 Digital health and Healthcare IT companies as well as healthcare disruptors in Telehealth, Digital Therapeutics, Blockchain, AI and  more.

The event will consist of individual company presentations, breakout meetings with management and panel discussions focusing on major issues in Digital Health.

Summary of the three tracks:

Digital Health – This track features various digital health companies from a number of areas and at different stages including telehealth and digital health benefits that changing the way that care is provided and gaining real revenue traction

Device Digital – This track will focus on companies who offer high-fidelity data collection through smart, connected sensors that enable various business models that all have recurring revenue. These companies are ready for the next stage of funding and commercialization that will help to accelerate growth.

Disruptors – This track will focus on artificial intelligence companies that empowers patients and care givers, and blockchain technology companies that facilitate the frictionless and secure exchange of healthcare data both confidential and non-confidential. The technologies that these companies focus on are poised to fundamentally change healthcare.
