Chardan is seeking a highly motivated and trusted partner to support the Director of HR in executing key HR initiatives at Chardan. Chardan’s most successful people embrace a ‘can do’ mantra and enjoy the opportunity to roll up their

Job Responsibilities
The HR Analyst will assist with building and maintaining a best-in-class HR program, encompassing all aspects of Human Resources operations and initiatives: Talent management, employee engagement, benefits, payroll, reporting, HR Compliance,
learning & development, and more. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Assist Director of HR with implementation and documentation of human resources strategies policies, and procedures
• Facilitate all recruitment coordination: Schedule interviews, collate interviewer feedback, manage job postings, track and update recruitment data
• Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist with performance review and compensation processes
• Update and maintain all employee information
• Assist with intern program recruitment and program logistics
• Assist with immigration filings for new and existing employees
• Collaborate with Office Manager and Administrative Assistants in both office locations to assist with office needs, including COVID-19 safety procedures
• Participate in ad hoc projects across HR and recruitment
• Complete other tasks and special projects as requested
Job Qualifications
• Outstanding academic performance from a top university preferred
• 1-2 years OR recent graduate with summer internship in Human Resources required
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Demonstrated professionalism and relationship building capabilities: ability to work collaboratively and build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly motivated, hands-on problem solver with a proactive and entrepreneurial attitude
• Self-driven nature with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast paced environment
• Excellent judgment and discretion with ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Friendly, positive attitude, team player with professional and polished presence
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Outlook, etc.)
